Matthew Kerner

Matthew is the Community of Practice Manager of Economy Zero Group, aiming to execute on EZG’s mission through organization of EZG’s events and leading initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and networking among EZG’s followers and contributors.

He is currently working with Vancouver-based district energy developer Creative Energy, located in their Toronto office. His role currently entails running preliminary techno-economical models for new low-carbon development opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, which includes a Certificate in Global Development Engineering. He has also had professional experience in pharmaceuticals and university administration.
